Inspections

Inspections are free and create no obligation to purchase anything. Inspections are performed by licensed, insured roofing contractors selected by us. Any roofing work is performed under a separate written contract that states the price, scope, warranty and the contractor of record, and nothing on this site is an offer to perform work at a particular price.

Pricing and financing

Cost ranges on this site are general estimates and vary by home, market and materials. Financing is offered through third-party lenders, subject to credit approval; monthly payment figures are illustrative examples and depend on the amount financed, term and rate disclosed by the lender.

Insurance

We may document storm damage to help you decide whether to file a claim. We do not adjust claims, act as a public adjuster, pay or waive deductibles, or promise any claim outcome. Decisions about your policy are between you and your insurer.

Partners program

Terms for roofing contractors, including pilot blocks, standing orders and exclusivity, are set out in a separate written agreement. Pilot blocks are prepaid; a showed inspection is one where the homeowner is present at the scheduled time; no-shows are replaced rather than billed.

General

This site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the site is limited to the amount you paid us, which for the site itself is nothing. Michigan law governs these terms. Questions: ct@investeraholdings.com.
