True Pitch Roofing and True Pitch Partners are brands of Investera Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on truepitchroofing.com and through our advertising, and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you give us in a form or ad (name, phone, email, address, details about your roof or your business), consent records (what you agreed to, when, and from what device), and technical data such as IP address, browser, pages viewed, and the ad or campaign that brought you here. We use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tools, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity, which set cookies and may collect device and usage data; Clarity may record how you interact with pages, with typed text masked.

How we use it

To schedule and perform inspections, to contact you by phone, text and email about your request, to route your request to a licensed roofing contractor in your area who performs the inspection and any work, to measure and improve our advertising, and to comply with law. We share your details with the contractor assigned to your inspection, with service providers who help us operate (CRM, scheduling, messaging, analytics, advertising platforms), and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and texts

When you tick the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages, including automated ones, at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing ct@investeraholdings.com. Residents of states with privacy laws (including California, Texas, Florida, Virginia, Colorado and others) may exercise the rights those laws provide by the same route; we will verify your request and respond within the period the law requires. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
