Had hail or high wind recently?
Hail bruising and wind-lifted shingles usually aren't visible from the ground, and storm damage is typically covered by homeowner's insurance when it's documented properly. We'll inspect, photograph, and tell you plainly whether there's a claim worth filing. If there isn't, we'll say so; a filed claim you don't need is bad for you.

Yes. No fee, no obligation, no "free if you buy." We do it because roughly a third of the roofs we look at don't need replacing, and telling people that is how we earn the other two-thirds.
Who actually does the work?

Will you pressure me at the door?
No. The report is emailed to you. If you want a price, you'll get one in writing. If you want to think about it for six months, that's fine.
Do you handle insurance claims?
